Vinayak Polycon Board Approves Q1 FY27 Un-audited Results

Vinayak Polycon International Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 1st, 2026, approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2026. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s V.M. & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s Manish Damodar & Co. as Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. Additionally, the Board approved the convening of the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 12th, 2026, and the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 6th to September 12th, 2026.
