Vinayak Polycon Calls 17th AGM for FY26 on Sep 12, 2026

Vinayak Polycon International Ltd has announced its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in line with recent Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI circulars allowing virtual AGMs. Key agenda items include the adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Vikram Baid, who is retiring by rotation. The company has appointed NSDL to facilitate the VC and e-voting process. Due to the virtual nature of the meeting, the appointment of proxies is not required.
