This closure coincides with the company's 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Board of Directors also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and re-appointed M/s V.M. & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s Manish Damodar & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The trading window for insiders will open from August 4, 2026.
