
Vintage Coffee Q1 FY27 Revenue Up 58% to ₹161 Cr
Vintage Coffee And Beverages Ltd reported strong unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27, with revenue surging 58% year-on-year to ₹161.00 Crores and operating profit growing 76% to ₹30.36 Crores. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 46% to ₹20.79 Crores. The company also announced the NCLT approval for the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Vintage Coffee Private Limited and Delecto Foods Private Limited, effective July 21, 2026, aiming to optimize operations and reduce costs. Additionally, progress is being made on a new Freeze-Dried Coffee Plant with a capacity of 5,500 MTPA, with land secured and machinery orders placed. The company is operating at its full installed manufacturing capacity of 11,000 MTPA, including recently added capacity.
