VIP Industries Appoints New CFO, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

VIP Industries Ltd announced significant changes in its management team following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 3, 2026. Ms. Shalaka Koparkar has been appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 3, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Narayan Saraf will join as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel from September 1, 2026, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience. The company also noted the resignation of Mr. Rahul Poddar as CFO and KMP, effective August 31, 2026, due to personal reasons. The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Poddar's contributions. Ms. Koparkar and Mr. Saraf are now authorized under Regulation 30(5) to determine materiality of events for disclosures.
