Vippy Spinpro: Piyush Mutha Re-appointed MD, 2 New Directors Appointed

Vippy Spinpro Ltd announced significant changes in its directorate following a Board Meeting on August 10, 2026. Shri Piyush Mutha has been re-appointed as Managing Director for three years from April 1, 2027. Smt. Muskaan Gupta has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive – Independent) for one year. The company also noted the completion of Smt. Deepa Sudhir Mekal's term as Non-Executive Independent Director and Shri Manglore Maruthi Rao's tenure as Whole Time Executive Director. Shri Manish Jhanwar's re-appointment as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years from May 3, 2027, was also approved.
