Virat Industries Ltd has issued a clarification regarding a clerical error in the date of a previously submitted board meeting outcome. The company confirmed that the board meeting was held on July 7, 2026. During this meeting, the board approved the date and time for the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST via Video Conferencing. The notice of the AGM was also approved. Additionally, Vishal Dewang & Associates was appointed as the scrutinizer for the ensuing AGM to oversee the remote e-voting process and voting during the meeting. The board meeting itself took place from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
