Virat Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 7, 2026, has approved the date and time for the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST and will be conducted via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means. The Board also approved the Notice of AGM and the appointment of Vishal Dewang & Associates as the Practicing Company Secretary to act as Scrutinizer for the ensuing AGM, overseeing the remote e-voting and in-meeting voting processes.
