Kati Patang Extends Call Money Payment Deadline to Oct 1, 2026

Kati Patang Lifestyle Ltd has further extended the last date for payment of the outstanding First and Final Call Money for its partly paid-up equity shares. The new deadline is Thursday, October 01, 2026. This is an extension from the previously extended date of September 22, 2026, and the original date of September 15, 2026. The call money payable is ₹10 per partly paid-up equity share (comprising ₹5 towards face value and ₹5 towards premium). The extension aims to provide shareholders an additional opportunity to make the payment. Shareholders are advised to note the revised date and make payments as per the terms in the First Reminder cum Notice.
