Kati Patang Lifestyle Appoints Sanjay K Jain as New Chairman

Kati Patang Lifestyle Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jain as the Non-Executive Chairperson for a term of five years, effective immediately. Mr. Jain, aged approximately 57 years, brings extensive experience of over 31 years in investments, funds management, strategy, M&A, corporate finance, and investor relations. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds SEBI accreditations as a Registered Investment Advisor and Registered Research Analyst. Mr. Jain previously co-founded an advisory business and has worked as an independent consultant. He holds 6,50,000 shares (1.22%) in the company. His appointment is effective from November 14, 2024, and he is not related to any other director on the board. He will receive sitting fees as per company policy, with no other remuneration.
