Malabar India Fund Ups Virtuoso Optoelectronics Stake by 2.62%

Malabar India Fund Limited has increased its shareholding in Virtuoso Optoelectronics Ltd by acquiring an additional 7,32,600 equity shares. This acquisition, resulting from the conversion of warrants, represents a 2.62% increase in stake. Following this transaction, Malabar India Fund's total holding in Virtuoso Optoelectronics now stands at 32,51,923 equity shares, constituting 9.98% of the total diluted share capital. The acquisition was completed through the conversion of warrants into equity shares.
