SEBI Fines Vishal Fabrics Promoters ₹5 Lakhs Each, Bans Market Access

Vishal Fabrics Ltd announced that its promoter group, Mr. Vedprakash Devkinandan Chiripal and Mrs. Savitridevi V Chiripal, received a final order from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The order imposes a monetary penalty of ₹5,00,000 on each promoter and restricts them from accessing the securities market for four years. This action stems from violations detailed in the SEBI Final Order dated June 30, 2026. The company, however, believes this order will not have a material financial or operational impact. The promoters reserve the right to appeal the SEBI order.
