Vishal Nirmiti Approves Land Purchase, Staff Housing, CAPEX

Vishal Nirmiti Limited's Board of Directors approved several key strategic initiatives. These include the purchase of approximately 40 acres of land in Bikaner, Rajasthan, for expansion of its M.S. Pipe project. Additionally, the company will acquire 9 apartment units in Khalapur, Maharashtra, for staff accommodation at a total consideration of ₹2.61 Crore. A capital expenditure of ₹12 Crore has been sanctioned for modernizing sleeper and infrastructure sites, including machinery procurement to enhance operational efficiency. The Board also approved the leasing of a pre-cast manufacturing unit in Nadiad, Gujarat.
