Pipe project. Additionally, the company will acquire 9 apartment units in Khalapur, Maharashtra, for staff accommodation at a total consideration of ₹2.61 Crore. A capital expenditure of ₹12 Crore has been sanctioned for modernizing sleeper and infrastructure sites, including machinery procurement to enhance operational efficiency. The Board also approved the leasing of a pre-cast manufacturing unit in Nadiad, Gujarat.
