Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Appoints Cost & Internal Auditors

Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Ltd has appointed M/s Rajendra Singh Bhati & Co. as the cost auditor and M/S R. G. Maheshwary & Co. as the internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27. These appointments were approved by the Board of Directors on May 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Additionally, the board approved a proposal to increase the Authorized Share Capital from ₹1,50,00,00,000 to ₹2,00,00,00,000, subject to member approval.
