Vishvprabha Ventures Ltd Delays Company Secretary Appointment by 90 Days

Vishvprabha Ventures Ltd, a company based in Dombivli, Thane, has requested a 90-day extension to appoint a new Company Secretary. The previous Company Secretary resigned on December 05, 2025, and the company was required to appoint a replacement within three months. However, due to difficulties in finding a suitable candidate, the position remains vacant. In the interim, Mr. Mitesh Jayantilal Thakkar, the Managing Director, will continue to perform the duties of the Company Secretary.
