Vivo Bio Tech Board Approves AGM, Director Re-appointments

Vivo Bio Tech Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 22, 2026, approved the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kalyan Ram Mangipudi, Mr. Sri Kalyan Kompella, and Dr. Sankaranarayanan Alangudi as Whole-Time Directors. The re-appointments of Mr. Kompella and Dr. Alangudi are for a period of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board's Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved.
