Varun Manojkumar Jain, a promoter of VMS TMT Limited, has disposed of 13,22,154 equity shares, representing 2.66% of the company's paid-up share capital. The transaction occurred on June 22, 2026, via an off-market inter-se transfer to Mr. Sunny Sunil Singhi, another member of the promoter group. Following this sale, Mr. Jain's holding in VMS TMT Limited has reduced from 17.13% (85,00,000 shares) to 14.46% (71,77,846 shares). The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 49,63,12,100.
