Sunny Singhi Acquires 2.66% Stake in VMS TMT Ltd

Sunny Sunil Singhi, a promoter group member of VMS TMT Limited, has acquired 13,22,154 equity shares, representing 2.66% of the paid-up share capital. The acquisition was made off-market through an inter-se transfer from Mr. Varun Manojkumar Jain, another promoter. This transaction occurred on June 22, 2026. The total paid-up share capital of VMS TMT Limited remains Rs. 49,63,12,100, divided into 4,96,31,210 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, both before and after the acquisition. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
