Voltaire Leasing & Finance Ltd. to Shift Registered Office from Mumbai to Kolkata

In a recent Board Meeting, Voltaire Leasing & Finance Ltd. has approved the shift of its Registered Office from Mumbai, Maharashtra to Kolkata, West Bengal. The company will conduct the business through a Postal Ballot as notified in Rule 22 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. Ms. Kriti Daga, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Scrutinizer to conduct the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.
