Voltas Ltd Appoints Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Statutory Auditors

Voltas Ltd announced the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on November 6, 2026, is subject to shareholder approval. Deloitte will serve for a term of five years, from the conclusion of the 73rd AGM in 2027 until the conclusion of the 78th AGM in 2032, covering the financial years 2027-28 to 2031-32. The current auditors, S R B C & Co. LLP, will complete their second and final term at the 73rd AGM in 2027.
