Voltas Ltd: Head Sales to Retire, Successor Appointed

Voltas Ltd has announced a change in its senior management. Mr. Jogesh Jaitly, Head Sales for the Unitary Products Business, will retire on March 31, 2027, after over a decade of service. As part of leadership succession planning, Mr. Karan Sehgal will join the company on August 3, 2026, and will assume the role of Head Sales, Unitary Products Business from October 1, 2026. Mr. Jaitly will work closely with Mr. Sehgal to ensure a smooth transition. Mr. Sehgal joins from ITC Limited, bringing extensive experience in sales leadership and commercial excellence.
