Vraj Iron & Steel Secures Environmental Clearance Transfer for Greenfield Project

Vraj Iron and Steel Limited has received an order from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) for the transfer of Environmental Clearance (EC). This EC pertains to a proposed greenfield project at Village Chapka, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh, originally held by IWs. Gopal Sponge & Power Private Limited. The transfer is a significant step towards developing the company's greenfield project, which is expected to bolster its long-term growth and capacity expansion strategies. The project includes a pelletization plant, sponge iron production, induction furnace, rolling mill, ferro alloy plant, and power generation facilities.
