Vrundavan Plantation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01.04.2026, 24 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the six months and year ended 31-03-2026.
