VSF Projects Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Compliance

VSF Projects Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
