VSF Projects Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations Compliance

VSF Projects Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This closure applies to all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, who are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving dealing or trading in shares of the company during this period. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
