VST Industries Ltd: Mr. Sanjay Wali Resigns as Director & Whole-time Director

VST Industries Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Wali as Director and Whole-time Director, effective from 2nd March, 2026. The resignation is due to personal reasons. Mr. Wali will also step down as a Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, the CSR Committee & the Risk Management Committee. The Board of Directors have accepted his resignation and he will continue to support the Company as a special advisor to the Managing Director for an agreed period.
