The order is for a total amount of Rs. 73,78,194, including penalty. The order was received on 07.04.2026. The demand order has been issued for non-payment of refund amount on which export proceeds are not realized with in the stipulated time. The company does not agree with the demand and will take appropriate appellate action.

VST Industries Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Wali as Director and Whole-time Director, effective from 2nd March, 2026. The resignation is due to personal reasons. Mr. Wali will also step down as a Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, the CSR Committee & the Risk Management Committee. The Board of Directors have accepted his resignation and he will continue to support the Company as a special advisor to the Managing Director for an agreed period.
