VST Tillers Tractors Ltd Appoints Brahmayya & Co as Statutory Auditors

VST Tillers Tractors Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Brahmayya & Co, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by the shareholders at the 58th Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2026. The new auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, concluding at the 63rd AGM. The previous auditors, K.S. Rao & Co., completed their maximum two terms of five years each. Brahmayya & Co. is a well-established firm with extensive experience in auditing listed and unlisted entities.
