Ashnisha Industries Appoints Keyur Bavishi & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Ashnisha Industries Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Keyur Bavishi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new statutory auditors. This appointment was approved by the company's members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 23, 2026. The auditors will serve an initial term of five years, from the conclusion of the 17th AGM until the conclusion of the 22nd AGM in 2031.
