Waaree Energies Q1 FY27 Revenue Surges 79% YoY to ₹7,931.79 Cr

Waaree Energies Ltd reported a robust Q1 FY27 performance with revenue from operations surging by 79.22% year-on-year to ₹7,931.79 Crores. Operating EBITDA grew by 44.38% to ₹1,439.92 Crores, while Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 15.39% to ₹891.87 Crores. The company achieved module production of 3.24 GW, a 41.51% YoY growth. Key highlights include progress on a 10 GW cell facility, a strategic acquisition of Associated Power Structures Private Limited, and commencement of automated BESS container manufacturing. The order book stands at approximately ₹61,500 Crores. The company reaffirmed its FY27 Operating EBITDA guidance of ₹7,000–7,700 Crores.
