Waaree Renewable Q2 FY27 Revenue Up 36.53% YoY to ₹1,057.84 Cr

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) reported a 36.53% year-on-year revenue growth for Q2 FY27, reaching ₹1,057.84 crores. For the half-year ended September 30, 2026, revenue grew by 43.84% YoY to ₹1,982.09 crores. EBITDA saw a marginal increase of 1.29% YoY to ₹159.98 crores in Q2 FY27, while PAT declined by 29.98% YoY to ₹81.48 crores. The company highlighted a strong unexecuted order book of over ₹5,500 crores, providing revenue visibility. WRTL is expanding into Battery Energy Storage Systems and Data Centres, and its acquisition of Associated Power Structures Pvt. Ltd. strengthens its T&D segment presence. The CFO noted that acquisition-related financing costs and a different margin profile for new businesses impacted near-term profitability, but the company remains focused on long-term value creation and operational efficiencies.
