Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Aurovault Data Centers Private Limited, on September 14, 2026. This subsidiary was established by Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited, itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Renewable Technologies. The new entity aims to establish, develop, and operate data centers, including hyperscale, AI-ready, and edge data centers, along with providing various digital infrastructure services. As a newly incorporated company, Aurovault Data Centers has a turnover of Nil and is yet to commence business operations. The incorporation is part of the company's expansion into the data center business.
