Waaree RTL gets ₹14.79 Cr revised scope for 2012.47 MWp solar EPC

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WAAREERTL) announced a further revised scope of work for an existing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract. This update pertains to a Ground mount Solar PV project with a capacity of 2012.47 MWp, previously intimated on November 27, 2024, June 20, 2025, and July 30, 2025. The revised scope enhances the commercial order value by ₹14.79 crore, while the overall terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged. The aggregate order size in terms of capacity (2012.47 MWp) is consistent with the initial disclosure. The project is slated for completion during the financial year 2026-27. This is a domestic order and does not involve related party transactions.
