Waaree Technologies Appoints Bhatter & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Waaree Technologies Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. BHATTER & CO., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditor. This appointment was approved by the company's members at its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 28, 2026. M/s. BHATTER & CO. will replace the retiring auditor, M/s. R T Jain & Co LLP, whose term expired at the conclusion of the same AGM. The new auditor's term will be effective from the conclusion of the 13th AGM until the conclusion of the 18th AGM, scheduled for 2031. M/s. BHATTER & CO. is a Mumbai-based firm with over five decades of experience and holds a valid peer review certificate.
