Waaree Technologies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Directors, Key Management Personnel, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and Connected Persons. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course.
