Waaree Technologies Appoints BHATTER & CO. as New Statutory Auditor

Waaree Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. BHATTER & CO., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditor, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM). This appointment replaces the retiring auditor, M/s. R T Jain & Co LLP. The proposed term for BHATTER & CO. is from the conclusion of the 13th AGM until the conclusion of the 18th AGM, expected in 2031. BHATTER & CO. is a Mumbai-based firm with over five decades of experience. The Board of Directors approved this recommendation from the Audit Committee.
