Waaree Technologies Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on November 13, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year ended on September 30, 2025. The meeting will also approve the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statements for the same period. Additionally, the company has reminded the Directors, Key Management Personnel, and their immediate relatives about the closure of the Trading Window from October 1, 2025, till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the half year ended on September 30, 2025, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
