Wallfort Financial Services: NSE Withdraws ₹1.5 Lakh Penalty

Wallfort Financial Services Ltd has announced the withdrawal of a penalty of ₹1,50,000/- previously levied by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The penalty was initially imposed for alleged non-closure of open observations in the VAPT Report for FY 2024-25. NSE has withdrawn the penalty as per SEBI's directive that disciplinary actions should only be initiated by the 'Allocated Exchange' for trading members registered with multiple exchanges. Wallfort has been allocated to another exchange (BSE) for such matters, rendering the NSE penalty invalid. This supersedes the company's earlier intimation dated June 11, 2025, regarding the penalty.
