Wardwizard Appoints Pratik Joshi as CFO, Effective May 3, 2026

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. has appointed Mr. Pratik Kirit Joshi as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective May 3, 2026. The appointment follows recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Joshi brings over 18 years of experience in logistics, telecom, customer service, and financial consulting. He previously served as CEO of S D Corporation and Shree Dutt Group. The board meeting, which commenced at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 03:10 P.M., also approved this appointment, which is aimed at strengthening the company's financial management and governance.
