Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd has rescheduled its Board of Directors meeting to May 30, 2026, from the previously announced date of May 28, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of equity shares or other eligible securities. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, now extended to June 1st, 2026.
