Wardwizard: CFO Change Revises Materiality Authority

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. has revised the authorities for determining the materiality of events and disclosures following the appointment of Mr. Pratik Kirit Joshi as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 3, 2026. The revised authorities include Mr. Yatin Sanjay Gupte (Chairman & Managing Director), Mr. Pratik Kirit Joshi (Chief Financial Officer), and Ms. Jaya Ashok Bhardwaj (Company Secretary and Compliance Officer). This update is in compliance with Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
