Wardwizard Foods and Beverages Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for buying, selling, pledging, trading, and dealing in securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with The SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and The Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window is closed for Directors, Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till the end of forty-eight hours after the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the Declaration/Publication of Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
