Wardwizard Innovations gets 2-month AGM extension from ROC

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd has received a two-month extension from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai-I, to hold its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26. The company had initially applied for a three-month extension. The ROC's approval allows the company to conduct its AGM on or before November 30, 2026, instead of the original due date of September 30, 2026.
