Wardwizard Innovations gets 2-month AGM extension from ROC

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd has received a two-month extension from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai-I, to hold its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26. The company had initially applied for a three-month extension. The ROC granted the extension on August 31, 2026, allowing the company to conduct its AGM on or before November 30, 2026. The original due date for the AGM was September 30, 2026. The company will announce the new AGM date in due course and has been advised by the ROC to ensure future compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
