We Win Ltd Appoints Statutory Auditors, Fixes AGM Date

We Win Limited held a Board of Directors meeting on August 29, 2026. The board approved the appointment of M/s Sandeep Mukherjee & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a term of five years (2026-2031). They also approved the Board's Report for FY26 and fixed the 19th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2026. The register of members will close from September 19 to September 25, 2026, with September 18 as the cut-off date. Mrs. Sonika Gupta is eligible for retirement by rotation.
