GS Auto Appoints C S Arora & Associates as Statutory Auditors

GS Auto International Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. C S Arora & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 57th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Joga Singh and Mr. Vineet Gupta as Independent Directors for a five-year term. Additionally, M/s Baldev Arora & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY 2026-27. The company also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees.
