GS Auto Appoints Independent Directors and Statutory Auditors

GS Auto International Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 29, 2026, approved several key corporate actions. These include the appointment of Mr. Joga Singh and Mr. Vineet Gupta as Additional Directors in the Non-Executive Independent category for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. C S Arora & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term and M/s Baldev Arora & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term. Additionally, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee were reconstituted.
