GS Auto Appoints Independent Directors, Secretarial Auditor

GS Auto International Ltd announced the appointment of two Independent Directors, Mr. Joga Singh and Mr. Vineet Gupta, to its Board, effective August 29, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The company also appointed M/s. Baldev Arora & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2026-27. Additionally, the Board approved the notice for the Annual General Meeting, Board Report, fixation of book closure period, and the appointment of a scrutinizer for e-voting. The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee were reconstituted.
