GS Auto Appoints Two Independent Directors, Reconstitutes Committees

GS Auto International Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Joga Singh and Mr. Vineet Gupta as Additional Directors in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, effective August 29, 2026. The company's Board of Directors also approved the appointment of M/s. C S Arora & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years and M/s Baldev Arora & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Furthermore, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been reconstituted.
